How we handle security
You own your accounts
Admin accounts are created in your name and handed over. We use our own named login where access is needed, never shared passwords.
Sign-in protection everywhere
We turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for email and admin accounts, and use a password manager rather than sticky notes or spreadsheets.
Least access, removed when done
We only request the access a job needs, and remove it when the project ends unless you're on a managed plan.
Backups that actually restore
Backups are encrypted, and we test a restore so you know your data can come back.
